NCSR Hub
Use the NCSR Hub to gain visibility of your patient’s screening status and to prompt important discussions about cancer screening.
Providers and practice staff can use the NCSR Hub to:
- Access screening information, including patients' screening history and results, overdue and follow-up actions.
- Submit demographic and clinical updates to the NCSR.
- From the Submit Forms filter for the relevant program,
access and submit a program form to the NCSR for a patient, including:
- Enrol a patient in the lung program
- Submit program diagnostic forms to the NCSR
- Nominate a healthcare provider for your patient
- Nominate a personal representative on your patient’s behalf (bowel and lung cancer programs only)
- Manage your patient’s participation, including requesting replacement bowel program (iFOBT) kits to be delivered to their address
- Issue and reissue bowel screening test kits directly to your patients via the Alternative Access Model and print a pre-populated Participant Details Form to be returned with the kit
- Update your patient’s contact and demographic details
