OSR CS-2 - Client contacts

How many client contacts were made by each type of worker from the service during the year?

Description

The report counts all services except:

  • Any no client contact service.
  • Waiting, Booked or Cancelled services.
  • Services recorded for fictitious clients.
Services recorded in the Transport Management module are also included where either the pickup or the dropoff or both include an encounter place. If the transport service does not include the encounter place, it is not counted.
Note:
The Transport Services module is excluded.

Additional data recording considerations A provider who is part of a service does not need to have recorded any clinical information to be included. This means that a claiming doctor who is added to a contact service for the purposes of making a Medicare claim only is included in this report.
