Communicare integrates with Virtual Health Monitoring

Telstra Health is proud to announce the integration of two of its digital health solutions – Communicare and Virtual Health Monitoring. The integration of these services is designed to improve health outcomes and clinical intervention by enabling Communicare users to monitor patient-recorded observations, regardless of their location.
Communicare users can now register their patients for Virtual Health Monitoring and securely share health information across both solutions in real-time. This integration will help to reduce the time spent navigating between software, alleviate the risk of transcription errors, and increase the rate of response to clinically deteriorating patients.
