
Important: Communicare Secure Messaging Update

Many Communicare customers utilise Telstra Health’s Argus Secure Messaging to send and receive clinical information (such as referrals, discharge summaries, and test results) with healthcare providers and the government.
Following last year’s announcement that Telstra Health’s Argus Secure Messaging had been acquired by HealthLink, we wanted to share an update for Communicare customers who have yet to begin their transition from Argus to HealthLink Secure Messaging.
HealthLink are in the process of bringing Argus users into the extensive HealthLink national network, including their secure healthcare message delivery, eReferrals and SmartForms.
HealthLink have advised that all Argus customers will need to transition to HealthLink Secure Messaging by 30 September 2025 to ensure the seamless continuation of message delivery.
If you have not already done so, please set up an account with HealthLink and follow any instructions to install relevant HealthLink programs (e.g. HealthLink Client, HealthLink Eventlog) on your server.
