Communicare V23.2 now available

Our latest Communicare Version 23.2 is now available for release.
Communicare Version 23.2 includes important compliance updates and enhancements including:
- Electronic Prescribing Profile updates
Maintain electronic prescribing capability in Communicare. An extension has been granted with the current profile valid until 30 September 2026. - Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) updates
Maintain compliance with AIR uploads with the introduction of an Antenatal indicator and updated ‘Vaccine Type’ values. To continue AIR uploads, you will need to upgrade to V23.2 by 24 October 2025. - Central Data Updater
Update Central items, templates, the Government Reporting Tool (GRT), and associated nKPI reports when made available. - Minor enhancements and bug fixes
Minor enhancements including recording NDIS and Practice Incentive Program information, recording historic immunisations, and transport management. More information about the latest enhancements and bug fixes is available in the Communicare V23.2 Release Notes.
Minimum IT requirements
To successfully upgrade to Version 23.2, please ensure you meet the following IT minimum requirements:
- Windows Server 2016 and later.
- .NET 4.8 and .NET 6
- .Net 8 Desktop Runtime for the CommunicareDataUpdater, click to download.
- WebView2 Runtime V115 and later, click to download.
If your site is running any version earlier than Version 22.4, you will need to upgrade to Version 23.2 to maintain support from the Communicare Service Desk.
