New AIR medical exemption (IM011) template available

Communicare has developed a letter template for the Australian Immunisation Register immunisation medical exemption (IM011) listed on
https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/organisations/health-professionals/forms/im011
The letter template is now available for download by your System Administrator who will then be able to import it into your document templates.
Once imported it will be available for your clinicians to select from the Document Template window:
