The Communicare Service Desk receives your requests through our Help Center Portal. Although you can phone the Service Desk, the Help Center Portal is the best way to register your query with the Team.
If you phone with an issue, we recommend that you also log a request through the Help Center Portal to maximise visibility to the entire team. You can update the “urgency” field to prioritise your request if you log a ticket, whereas the ticket that is created from your telephone message will not provide documented detail or enable you to provide a priority for your query.
We have also recently reinstated a survey when your service desk ticket closes. When you receive a survey request, please take the opportunity to provide us with your thoughts as we are always looking to improve and appreciate your feedback.
