MyMedicare
Interim suggestions to manage MyMedicare patient status.
Since the commencement of MyMedicare on 1 October 2023, Services Australia have not released full specifications for the management of MyMedicare within health and medical software.
We are currently investigating ways to manage the storage of the MyMedicare information.
In the meantime, try the following approaches to manage MyMedicare patient information:
- MyMedicare Registration Form letter template - download the letter template and import it into Communicare.
- Popup Alert and report - use the Administration Popup Alert to alert providers
of the MyMedicare status of a patient. Type the words MyMedicare
Registered.
