  • For AIR claims that require confirmation, all immunisations in a service are marked as Confirmation Sent when one is and are displayed in the AIR portal.

For Communicare V22.4:
  • Added support for VaccineFundingType and RouteOfAdministration properties for AIR 1.3 conformance.
  • Added support for the country code of immunisations administered overseas.
  • Added support for the following fields: Only Name, Gender, Initial (middle name).

  • To reduce the time taken to complete a claim, the bulk bill payment report is now fetched immediately after a successful assessment report.

  • Fixed an issue where bulk bill claims where being submitted to Medicare without referral and additional information.

  • Removed character 50 limit on device and customer search.
  • Improved performance of bulk Medicare verification when processing individual requests.

What's new:
  • Added ability to automatically resubmit Bilk Bill Claims to Medicare if a failure or error occurs while submitting a Bulk Bill Claim. Retry only occurs if it is enabled and the error from Medicare matches the configured Retry rules.
  • Added Assessed status (Fully Paid, Partially Paid, Rejected) to service level.
