A My Health Record is a secure, electronic record of a patients medical history stored and shared in a network of connected systems, which bring key health information from a number of different systems together and presents it in a single view.
My Health Record Not Found

My Health Record Not Found

This window will be displayed when a My Health Record cannot be found for the current patient. This could mean either

The patient does not have a My Health Record
The patient's My Health Record is restricted and an access code needs to be entered.

If the patient has a restricted My Health Record click the Enter Access Code button and the Access Code Prompt will be displayed to allow entry of the access code to gain access to the patient's My Health Record.
