My Health Record Not Found

The My Health Record Not Found window is when a My Health Record cannot be found for the current patient.

This could mean either:
  • The patient does not have a My Health Record
  • The patient's My Health Record is restricted and an access code is required

If the patient has a restricted My Health Record, click Enter Access Code and enter the access code in the Access Code Prompt to gain access to the patient's My Health Record.
