Communicare Administrators can tune the way in which Communicare works at your health clinic using the configuration, tools and task information.

    If you belong to the System Administrators user group, you can configure Communicare by setting system parameters.
    - System Parameters - General
      The General tab shows parameters related to your organisation in a read-only mode, and is visible only to users without administrative access rights.

    Users of the Communicare system are organised into groups. Rights to access various parts of Communicare are given to these groups of users.

    The address book stores local address book entries and address book entries that are linked to external directory services.

Adjusting the printing position

You can adjust the printing position for a prescription, label or request.

To adjust the printing position:

Select File > System Parameters, Devices tab.
In the Available Printers list, select the required printer.
In the System Printers table, in the Top Offset and Left Offset fields enter an adjustment to the page position in mm, to a precision of 0.1 mm.
Click Save.

Print a test prescription, label or request. Repeat steps 2-4 until you are satisfied with the outcome.
