How many client contacts were made by each type of worker from the service during the year?

Description

The report counts all services except:

  • Any no client contact service.
  • Waiting, Booked or Cancelled services.
  • Services recorded for fictitious clients.

Services recorded in either the Transport Management or Transport Services module are also included.
