SMS Reports

Report on SMS appointment cancellations and batches.

Table 1. SMS reports
Report > SMS	Description
Appointments Cancelled by SMS	Use this report to show appointments that have been automatically cancelled by the patient declining via SMS. Filter by the scheduled date of the appointment and encounter place.
Batch Report Details	For a particular batch, list all patients the message was sent to, their number, the message itself, and success or failure (with error) for each. Also included are messages sent individually, which appear with the template of '[Manual]'.
Batch Report Summary	List all batches that have been sent within a date range with the SMS query name, the number of texts, and whether if it was successful (including an error if it failed). Also included are messages sent individually, which appear with the template of '[Manual]'.
